Package Description for Co-organizers and Sponsors

Booth Detail:

  • Booth Size & Structure:

    • Dimensions: 2 meters (Width) x 2 meters (Depth) (for 1 Booth);

    • Dimensions: 4 meters (Width) x 2 meters (Depth) (for 2 Booths.)

    • Structure: 3-sided white partition walls enclosed according to the booth size.

  • Fascia / Signage:

    • 1 x Company/Organization name board printed and pre-installed for each booth.

    • Dimensions: 0.21 x 2.00 meters (for 1 booth) or 0.21 x 4.00 meters (for 2 booths).

  • Lighting & Power Supply:

    • 1 x fluorescent lamp installed inside the booth.

    • 1 x Power outlet point (5 Amp) with a minimum of 5 sockets (grounded type).

  • Furniture Provided:

    • 1 x rectangular table for displaying documents/materials (Minimum size: 0.6 meters Width x 1.2 meters Length) complete with a tablecloth.

    • 2 x Chairs.

Note for Exhibitors:

    1. Exhibitors can set up booths starting at 02:00 AM on August 13, 2026, and must dismantle them by 06:00 PM on August 14, 2026.
    2. If exhibitors require additional electrical power, specific AV equipment, or extra furniture beyond what is listed above, please contact the organizer in advance (additional charges may apply).
    3. Partition Walls & Display Materials: The partition walls cannot be removed, as your booth is positioned between other sponsors’ booths.  Display Materials (e.g., Roll-up Banners) must be kept strictly within your designated booth area. They are not allowed to be placed outside the booth due to limited space and the need to keep the walkways clear for attendees.
    4. Fascia / Nameboard is uniformly pre-produced by the organizer by default. However, if your company wishes to customize and produce your own, you may do so. Please note that any additional production costs will be covered by your company, and the customs nameboard must strictly comply with our specified dimensions. 
    5. Custom-branded tablecloths are acceptable for the table provided. Please note that any additional costs for these custom items will be covered by your company.
